Quality Control
We are committed to producing components that meet the highest of international quality standards. As a result of this, Toolcraft has achieved quality accreditation to Australian / International Quality Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

To ensure total quality, Toolcraft utilise the latest in co-ordinate measuring equipment which is able to provide metrology and status reports on each component produced. The fully Automatic Co-ordinate measuring maching (cmm) enables components to be immediately and accurately assessed in relation to their drawing specifications. We also provide the service on a contract basis, where clients can bring their components to us for dimensional verification. 

Timing
At Toolcraft we understand the importance of timing in the overall success on any project. We meet the challenge of producing the most precise and complex of components within the stringent schedules set down by our clients.

We are equally comfortable producing batch quantities. We are fully conversant in geometrical tolerancing and we ensure that our staff are kept up to date through external training with the latest computerised machining technologies.

Design
At Toolcraft we understand the importance of quality tool design. To achieve this we create tool designs in 3D on powerful CAD stations utilising Solidworks, a leader in 3D solid modelling software.

We can offer the service of Product Design through to "Off Tool Sample" enabling you to get your products to market in the shortest possible time.
